The Finer Details

In anticipation of the huge pressure on peak summer months after 15 months of postponements, September was chosen as the primary theme to showcase that non peak wedding months are equally as beautiful, when the lower sun casts soft, gentle light, and as dahlias are in season then, they were the focus of my designs, to be incorporated not just as fresh flowers but also reflected in the stationery and tableware. The blush suede mules were my second muse, working as a  sensory signature linking the epic blush velvet sofa, blush velvet drawstring bags for the favours, and the pale pink detailing in the jewellery and hair vine, the sugar flowers on the 3 tier wedding cake and of course the rose Champagne.
