After more than 20 years in the events business, the latter 7 years launching Couture Events Ltd and taking it from zero clients to a 6 figure business, during which time we not only survived the pandemic but came out of it bigger and stronger than ever before, I know what a minefield it can be not only to navigate it ALL – setting up a business, building a client base, developing your business, doing your best for your clients, refining your offering, learning from your mistakes, running an efficient, streamlined and profitable company, growing a trusted network, the inevitable and seemingly endless social media ‘comparisonitis’ and crises of confidence …- but to do it all on your own.
