The Brief

With a guest list of 250, spanning the USA, Nigeria and Europe, London was chosen as the most central location for their epic wedding celebrations. The vibe was chic and understated, whilst playful and fun-loving, with an emphasis on creating intimacy despite the grandeur of the venues.

The Finer Details

H&N divided their time between London and the US during the planning stages so we took care to manage their time sensitively and streamline the process as much as possible.  Working with a hand-picked team of international creatives, we curated a series of events at venues including 30 Pavillion Road, Annabel’s, Claridge’s and Mark’s Club, which honoured both their Nigerian and Ethiopian heritages whilst reflecting their own contemporary sense of style. 

Highlight

Orchestrating seamless logistics across 8 venues with a team of over 50 vendors over 4 days, including transporting 250 guests on the wedding day between 3 London venues in a fleet of Routemaster buses and staying on schedule!
